Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how AI Garage ("AI Garage", "we", "us") handles information in connection with the AI Garage application (the "App"), the website ai-garage.dev(the "Site"), and paid Pro plans.

Short version: the App runs locally on your own machine. It does not send your projects, ports, processes, secrets, or API keys to us. We have no telemetry and no analytics servers of our own. The only personal data we receive is what you provide when you purchase a Pro plan, and that purchase is processed by our payment provider, Gumroad.

1. Data the App processes (locally)

The App reads information about services, ports, tunnels, processes, AI-client configuration files, and API keys on the device where you run it, so it can show and manage them. This data stays on your device:

• Service and port information is kept in local files under your home directory.
• API key and secret values are stored in the macOS Keychain, not in plain files.
• We do not transmit this information to AI Garage servers, and we do not collect telemetry.

When you choose to use a feature that talks to a third party — for example creating a public link via Cloudflare, or connecting an app through Composio — that feature makes network requests to that third party by your action. Those services have their own privacy policies.

2. Data we receive when you buy Pro

Payments are handled by Gumroad, our payment provider and merchant of record. When you purchase a subscription or a lifetime license, Gumroad collects and processes your payment details. We do not see or store your full card number. From Gumroad we receive order information needed to deliver and support your license, such as your email address, the product purchased, and order/license identifiers.

3. The website

The Site is an informational landing page. We do not require you to create an account to view it, and we do not sell your personal data. If you email us, we use your message and address only to respond and provide support.

4. How we use information

• To deliver and support your Pro license.
• To respond to your questions and support requests.
• To comply with legal and tax obligations related to your purchase.

5. Data retention

We keep order and license records for as long as needed to provide support and meet legal and accounting requirements. You can ask us to delete personal data we hold, subject to those requirements, by emailing us.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact support@ai-garage.dev.

7. Children

AI Garage is a developer tool intended for adults and is not directed to children under 16.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
