Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be happy with AI Garage Pro. The core app is free and open-source, so you can try everything the panel does before you ever pay. This policy covers paid Pro plans.

1. 14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a Pro purchase — either the monthly subscription or the $39 lifetime license — you can request a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date. Email support@ai-garage.dev from the address you used at checkout and we will process it.

2. Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel the monthly subscription at any time from your Gumroad account or via the link in your receipt. When you cancel, you will not be billed again, and you keep Pro access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

3. After 14 days

For monthly subscriptions, we do not charge for cancellation and do not refund the current period once it has started, but you will not be billed for future periods after you cancel. For lifetime licenses, refunds after 14 days are considered case by case — just contact us.

4. How refunds are issued

Refunds are processed through Gumroad back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take a few business days to appear.
