Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AI Garage application (the "App"), the website ai-garage.dev, and any paid Pro plans (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. What AI Garage is

AI Garage is a developer tool — a local control panel for the services, ports, tunnels, and AI-client connections on your own machine. The core App is open-source software distributed under the MIT License and is free to use. Paid Pro plans add optional cloud and remote features.

2. License

The free, open-source core is licensed under the MIT License. A Pro purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the Pro features for the duration of your plan (monthly subscription) or for the lifetime of the product (one-time license), subject to these Terms.

3. Plans and payment

• Free — the open-source panel, $0, forever.
• Pro Monthly — $8 per month, billed automatically until you cancel.
• Pro Lifetime — $39, one-time payment.

Payments are processed by Gumroad, our payment provider. By purchasing, you also agree to Gumroad's terms. Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval shown at checkout until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your Gumroad account or the link in your receipt; you keep Pro access until the end of the current paid period.

4. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to break the law or infringe others' rights.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute Pro license keys.
• Attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' systems.

6. Disclaimer of warranty

The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. AI Garage can start, stop, and terminate processes and free ports on your machine at your instruction; you are responsible for how you use these controls. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Garage will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may update the Service and these Terms over time. Material changes to the Terms will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
